From the Bay Area to Miami to Las Vegas to Los Angeles to Birmingham, David Savior has travelled across the country rocking clubs with his unique style of hip-hop, 80's, rock, and house - a "mashup" of mixed genres, or an "open format" DJ.
After 15+ years DJing at the top clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, David Savior has now completed the transformation to a Video-DJ. David took a 4-month break from travelling to build a solid video collection that would mirror his current style and sound. Now, with an arsenal of over 5,000 videos, David's sets include everything from current hip-hop, pop, rock, R&B, & house/dance, to old school hip-hop, 70's and 80's, classic rock, and custom produced videos and edits.
As a promoter, David's legendary summer 1st Wednesday parties in the East Bay (Revive Wednesdays & Exclusive Wednesdays) are some of the most talked-about events in the area. David has packed 600+ people into Pleasanton/Dublin clubs on a Wednesday night for 5 straight summers, along with the help of such talents as DJ Shift (Rehab/Wet Republic/Las Vegas), Danity Kane, and some of the top San Francisco Bay Area DJs.
At legendary nightclub "Aura" in Pleasanton, CA, David was the resident DJ, and opening DJ for DJ AM. A friend and mentor, DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) recommended David to Crooklyn Clan, getting him signed on the label. You can find David's mashups and video remixes/productions on Crooklyn Clan's "The Vault" at www.crooklynclan.net. The Vault is the premiere source for remixes, mashups, and videos for professional DJs around the world. David's custom videos reflect his years of professional graphic design and influences.
